　　3、一般要求： 　　1)换向阀应符合本标准的规定，液位计并按照经规定程序批准的图样及技术文件制造。2)所有零件须经质量检验部门检验合格后方能进行装配。 　　3)阀的公称压力的选择须参照QC/T460气动执行器《自卸汽车—液压缸技术条件》的有关规定。 　　4)阀的进、出油口等结合部位，应采取防锈、防尘等保护措施。其余表面涂漆按QC/T484表1中TQ6规定涂漆。 　　5)所有密封件、定位器防尘件在装配时应涂以机油或薄层润滑脂，并应保证不损坏密封件。 　　6)铸造件表面应光洁，不得有粘砂、龟裂、毛刺等有害缺陷。 　　7)换向阀在装配之前应清洗。 　　8)手动阀的操纵力应满足GB/T3766的有关要求。

 　　4、性能要求： 　　1)试运转：换向阀在公称压力、阻火器额定流量的条件下应换向灵活，不得出现异常的声响，压力油的转换方向应准确无误。 　　2)压力损失：在额定流量条件下，阀各通道的压力损失不得大于0.3MPa。 　　3)内泄漏：进行内泄漏试验时，阀的每分钟内泄漏量不得超过额定流量的0.6%。　　注：内泄漏量规定值为任一工作位置时各测量口泄漏量的总和。 　　4)耐压性：进行耐压试验时，阀不得出现破裂，各部位不得出现滴油等异常现象。 　　5)耐久性：进行耐久性试验后，应满足4.2和4.3的要求。
